汤 Chinese Soups - Up to 1000

As I know, 汤 tang1, Chinese soups are just countless, particularly in the south. In China, soups are typically served in the south, especially in Canton area. Cantonese seems can't live or survive by each meal without soup. Soup seems to have become part of their lives every day and every meal. In other parts of China, or other southern parts of China, soup is normally served after meal, not like Cantonese soup served in the beginning of the meal, also served continually during the meal.
