牛肉西洋菜汤
Soup of Watercress and Beef

Ingredients
watercress (sectioned) 10 oz
beef (sliced) 5 oz
ginger 3 slices

Seasonings
a) light soy 1/2 tsp, cornflour 1/2 tsp, sugar pinch, salt pinch, pepper pinch
b) salt pinch, oil pinch

Method
a) Marinate beef with seasonings (a) for 20 minutes.
b) Put watercress and ginger slices into 4 bowls of boiling water. Cook high heat for about 10 minutes.
c) Add beef. Bring to the boil again. Add Seasonings (b) and serve.
